Safety, Health and Environmental Statement
Our policy is to ensure that all our
activities are conducted safely, the health of our employees, customers and the
public is protected, our environmental performance meets the required standards,
and that our operations are run in a responsible manner that is acceptable to
the local communities.
This will be achieved through the following
beliefs:
- SHE is our first priority
- All SHE incidents are preventable and our target is zero
- SHE is an integral part of everything we do
- SHE is the responsibility of everyone
To achieve our SHE Policy we will:
- comply with local and national regulations
- operate to an approved safe system of work which will be routinely audited
- ensure all our staff are fully trained and validated in safety requirements
- work to the appropriate standards of safety behaviour
- work with Regulators and Local Communities in order to sustain SHE performance
- continuously measure and monitor our performance in order to identify areas for improvement
